Carbs, cheese and ramen make miso happy. Kick your carbonara up a notch with this spin on the classic Italian pasta dish.

To prep your ingredients, dice pancetta, separate egg yolks, and shred pecorino + parmesan cheese. Cook the pancetta to your desired crispiness and set aside.
Cook MMG noodles separately without the flavoring packets. While the noodles are cooking, stir together cheese, egg yolks, and half the miso ramen seasoning packet. Drain the noodles, then pour this mixture on top, plus pancetta and pepper, stirring to coat the noodles.
If the sauce is too thick, add olive oil to thin it out. Top with more cheese and a touch of black pepper.
