Spicy Miso Peanut Butter Ramen

This simple and healthy miso peanut butter ramen will spice up your pack of instant noodles. All you need to do is whip up a sauce, saute some veggies, cook your instant noodles, and combine it all together. 

This will easily become your new go-to easy ramen recipe for those days when you want a healthy meal without the effort.

Spicy Miso Peanut Butter Ramen

Let's get into the recipe! The first step is to cook your ramen noodles; pick your favorite flavor of Mike's Mighty Good Ramen (we used the vegetarian soy sauce flavor) and boil just the noodles without the seasoning packets.

Mix all the sauce ingredients, including the seasoning packets. Saute chopped mushrooms and asparagus until softened. Mix everything together and top with chopped green onions.
