We took our Vegetarian Vegetable cup ramen made with organic instant ramen and added pumpkin puree, coconut milk, chicken, mushrooms, and sriracha for a sweet and savory delight sure to fill you with warmth.

- 4 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 3 tbsp coconut milk
- 1 chicken breast
- 2-3 shiitake mushrooms ( sliced )
- chopped green onion
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- sriracha ( to taste )
Cook noodles for 2 minutes, then add chicken and cook for an additional minute.
Remove from heat and transfer to your favorite ramen bowl. Add flavor packet and oil and stir together. Then, add in the coconut milk and pumpkin and stir until well combined.
Top with mushrooms, green onions, sesame seeds and sriracha.
