  • 4 oz salmon
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 egg, soft boiled
  • white sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • olive oil, for frying
  • 1 Mike's Mighty Good Chicken Ramen Cup

  1. In a bowl mix soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and sesame oil for marinade sauce
  2. Cover salmon in marinade sauce and cook in olive oil on high heat for 5 minutes
  3. Add water to a pot to cover the egg by 1 inch. Bring to a boil and then lower the heat to a simmer. Cook the egg for 6 1/2 min. Then run the egg under cold water for 20-30 seconds.
  4. Cook bacon for 2-3 minutes
  5. Prepare Mike's Mighty Good Ramen according to instructions.
  6. Assemble bowl: salmon, bacon bits, green onions, white sesame seeds, soft boiled egg
  7. Enjoy!
