For all you vegans/vegetarians out there, or those of you who just love your veggies, we've put together this delicious kimchi craft ramen bowl with our favorite plant-based foods. We are helping make healthy choices a little easier. As if topping off this instant ramen made with organic noodles with gochujang tofu and garlic cabbage wasn't enough, we just had to add that one last scoop of gochujang to combine with the kimchi craft ramen flavors. Mmmm so good.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 block tofu ( cubed )
  • 1 Mike's Mighty Good Vegetarian Kimchi Ramen
  • 3 cloves garlic ( small-medium sized )
  • 1/3 cup cabbage
  • gochujang

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tsp of oil in frying pan over medium high heat.
  2. Cube block of tofu while waiting for pan to heat up. Sautee tofu in 1 tbsp of gochujang sauce. Set aside when done.
  3. Using the same pan, add in 1 tsp of oil and keep at medium high heat. Toss in 3 garlic cloves. Then add in the cabbage. Set aside when cabbage is cooked all the way through.
  4. Cook ramen according to package instructions.
  5. Transfer kimchi craft ramen to a bowl. Top it off with your gochujang marinated tofu, pan fried garlic, and cabbage. Enjoy!
